- The first thing we done was to make sure that we were wearing the correct P.P.E ( glove, goggles and stell toe capped boots). We wore glove n case we were to have an alergic reaction with the tile addisive. We wore goggles to protect our eyes from any foreign objects.We wore steel toe capped boot to protect our feet from any heavy object.
- the next thing we did was to get all the equipment and materials theat we needed (trail, tiles, addisive, grout, spreader and a tile cutter)
- the next thing we done was to make a tile gauge we done this useing sevral tiles and spacers. we layed the tiles out with specers inbatween them, and got a pice of batten and marked out the centre line. i then lined up the line with the gap inbetween the two middle tiles and marked out the edge of the tile on the batten.
- we then attached the tile gauge to the wall and began to tile. we loaded the wall and then we spreaded it using the trail after i put a line of addisive on i the attached the tile and the spacers in between them.
- once we did the top half we then tiled the bottom usng the same prinsible.
- once all the tile we in place and set we then mixed up the grout and began to apply it to the sides of the tiles we done this using a grout spreader.
- once all the gaps we filled i then used my finger to smooth the grout so that it looked neet and clean.
- finaly we tidyed up our bays and cleaned our tile and reported hat the job were done.

TEST: tileing and grouting
Test:dado rail and skirting
- the first thing we done was to make sure that we are wearing the correct P.P.E (gloves, goggles and steel toe capped boots). we wore gloves to protect our hands from splinters. we wore goggles to protect our eyes from foreign objects. we wore steel toe capped boots to protect our feet from heavy objects.
- the next thing we done was to get all the equipment and materials that we needed (skirting, dado rail, mitre saw pencil and a coping saw.
- i then measured the lengh of the material that i needed and cut a 45 degree angle and highlighted the out line of the cut and got the coping saw and cut the scribe.
- i the fitted the skirting and dado rail to my bay and made sure that it all fitted within tolerance.
- finaly i cleaned up and reported that the job were done.

test: miscoat bay
- the first thing we did was to make sure that we were wearing the correct P.P.E (gloves, goggles and steel toe capped boots). we wore steel toe capped boot to protect our feet from heavy objects. we wore goggles to protect our eyes from any paint that may have been flicked of the brushes. we wore gloves to stop the skin from reacting with the paint.
- next we got all of the a equipment and materials that we needed (paint brush, roller, paint, water and mixing stick)
- we then mixed the paint and the water untill it was the right consistence and stared the cutt in around the edge
- i then begain to paint with the roller so that it was easier to find any inperfection the miss coat would also seal the plaster on the wall so that we could paint.
- once i had painted the hole bay i then tidyed up and reported that the job were done.

test: pluming
- the first thing we did was to make sure that we were wearing the correct P.P.E (steel toe capped boots, gloves and goggles) we wore gloves to protect our hands and for extra grip. we wore steel toe capped boots to protect our feet because we were walking in and out of the workshop. we wore goggles to protect our eyes.
- We were showed how all the waist pipes fitted together and how it should all be set up then we were sent out while our lecturer moved bits around . We had to find out what missing by taking it all a part. The missing bits were a few rubber seals. We worked in teams of two.
- We managed to sort it all out so that there were no leeks.
- Finally we cleaned up nd reported that the job were done.
test: hanging a shelve and a coat rack.
- The first thing we done was to make sure that we were wearing the correct P.P.E ( glove, steel toe capped boots and goggles). We wore gloves to protect our hand from splinters. We wore goggles to protect our eyes because there are other people at differant stages still tiling and painting. We wore steel toe capped boot to protect our feet from any heavy objects
- We then had to get all the required equipment (pencil, ruler, level, tri square, cordless drill, screws ect )
- We then marked out were evey thing makeing sure that the lines were level.
- We then attached the hooks to the coat rack and the brackets to the shelve.
- Then we hand screwed the spits into the plaster board for the screws.
- Then we attached the shelve and coat rack makeing sure that it is all level.
- We then cleaned up the work shop and reported that the job were done.
Test: painting bay
- the first thing we done was to make sure that we were wearing the correct P.P.E (boots, goggles and steel to capped boots) we wore glove to stop us from spreding the paint around. goggle to protect your eyes in case the paint flicks of the brush. we wore steel toe capped boots to protect our feet in case we were to drop a paint tin on to our feet.
- the next thing we had to do was to make sure that the primer and under coat were done once they were done we had to get our equipment (rollers, paint brush, paint, cloth, roller trays and hop up)
- we than cutt in around the edges and any where the the roller was unable to reach.
- once we cutt in we then used the roller to pain the rest we painted the walls magnolia and the ceiling brilliant wight. once we done the first coat we then put our first coat of gloss on the architrave, dado rail and the skirting.
- we then cutt in a second time so that it was ready for the second coat.
- we then painted with the roller on the walls and the ceiling untill the second coats was complete and then we painted on a second coat of gloos on the architrave, dado rail and the skirting.
- once all the second coats were done we then touched up any odd bitts once all done we cleaned up and reported that the job were done.

sanding and filling bay
- the first thing we done was to make sure that we were wearing the correct P.P.E (gloves, goggles and stell toe capped boots). we wore gloves to protect our hands form any sharp objects. We wore goggles to protect our eyes from any foreign objects. we ore steel toe capped boots to protect our feet from any heavy objects.
- the next thing we had to do was to get all the equipment (sand paper, filler and filler knife).
- we then mixed up the filler making sure that it is the right consistance.
- we then applied the filler to the area that needed filling and left it to dry
- once the filler had dryed we then sanded it down and applied a seccond load of filler to where it was needed
- once the second fix was dryed we then sanded it and clean up our work area.
- we then reported that the job were done

test: Architrave bay
- First thing we did was to make sure we were wearing the correct P.P.E (gloves, goggles and steel toe capped boots) we wore gloves to protect our hand from any from any sharp objects such as splinters. we wore steel toe capped boot to protect our feet in case we were to drop an heavy object. we wore goggles to protect our eyes from any foreign objects.
- The next thing we did was to get all the required equipment such as mitre saw, pencil, hammer and 2'' oval head nails
- We then marked out what needs cutting
- we then cut all the angles out and made sure that when the architrave is put together that it is square
- finally attach the architrave to the wall making sure that it is 10mm away from the edge of the door way.
- finally clean up and report that the job were done.
