We wear correct PPE. To prevent these risks from happening. To stop
postcrete wear goggle all times when handling it and also wash off skin soon.
Also wear gloves when putting in the hole and this will also cover form-getting
splinters when handling post. Then wear boots to protect you form hitting with
the post hole digger. We are working to they health and safety act of 1974.

Method statement
We first got our PPE on, and then we made our way to the area of were
we shall be installing the posts to replace old posts you had on your fence.
Then dug out the soil and made it 500mm deep so the posts will hold in place
better. After it was all dug out and made hole wider with a crowbar and then we
plumed the posts in hole and then pored in the postcrete per hole and add water and
mix well will a good consistency and put soil back on top so it looks it was
never there and then started to finish any last touches and packed away
(plus clearance).

Dear customer
We have inspected fence posts and found the posts were losses and
moved around too much so we shall replace the hole and make it
stronger.
So we first tock off fence panels and riles then removed post form
hole and kept a safe area and tidy work place.
Them we started to dig out existing postcrete and then started to
make the same hole which was 500m deep.
Then put the bag of postcrete
in and tipped a bit of water will good mix and fill back up with soil and leave
to set.
After put all parts back together and then we checked everything was up to standard we then pack
away (plus clearance).
