the ridge tiles are brittle and brake easy. another common defect of the ridge tile is the weight they are quite heavy so you would not be able to keep carrying them up a ladder.

there is a risk of dropping the clay tiles on your fiit so to preven injury we shell wear steel toe capped boots.
methode statment
The first thing we have to do is to view the property and determend how much work is needed and the amount of time it will take. The next thing we will have to do is to get all the required materials and tools. we then will send a quote and if the cilent is happy we will then proceed with the work. we first removed the broken tile and replace them with the new ones so that we could get to doing the ridge tile. once we replace any broken tiles we will measure and mark out where the batten needs to go. we will then pre-drill a hole in then brick work with the hammer drill. once the holes are drilled we will then attach the batten to the wall so that the ridge tile can hold on. we will then pug the tile so that it is 10mm higher and 10mm away from the wall we will do this all the way alone. once that we attached them we will then make sure that all of the pug inbetween are smooth and have a good aperance with no hole for the water to get in. once we made sure that evey thing is up to standerd we will then tidy up and make sure that no tools are left on site.
